工程建设项目管理是根据工程的实际状况,比较客观地对整个工程进行有计划的组织协调。随着当前国内经济形势的不断发展变化,国内的工程建设项目面临着发展上的冲击。通过调查研究发现,国内的项目管理的理念和方式还是有很多值得借鉴的。通过梳理项目管理的发展,分析国内有价值的理论知识和实践项目,为丰富档案材料提供支持。

Project management of construction project is based on the actual situation of the project, more objectively planned and coordinated the entire project. With the continuous development and changes of the current domestic economic situation, the domestic construction projects are facing the impact of development.Through the investigation and study, we found that there are still many ideas and ways of project management in our country. Through combing the development of project management, this paper analyzes domestic valuable theoretical knowledge and practice projects to provide support for enriching archives materials.
