摘要 悬灌梁技术作为桥梁工程中一项重要技术,在中等跨度的桥梁中得到了广泛的应用,在备受好评的同时,悬灌梁也因施工周期长,安全要求高,工序复杂等诸多问题给施工带来了一系列困难,同时由于悬灌梁施工自身作业的复杂性、严格性等要求的存在,悬灌梁技术施工的难度较大。施工中若梁面高程大,预应力管道不平顺,桥面平整度偏差大,保护层厚度大等一系列问题,需施工人员对悬灌梁的施工技术全面分析,掌握工序衔接要点和难点,对其施工的改进施工技术,更好地将悬灌梁施工技术用到桥梁施工中。通过工程案例对其进行分析,望对今后工程有所帮助。 As an important technology in bridge engineering, suspended cantilevered beam technology has been widely used in mid-span bridges. At the same time of being well received, suspended cantilevered beam has many problems such as long construction period, high safety requirements, complicated process and so on which brings a series of difficulties to the construction. At the same time, due to the complexity and strictness of the construction of the cantilever beam construction, the construction of the cantilevered beam technology is more difficult to construct. Construction of a large number of beam surface, prestressed pipe is not smooth, large deviation of the bridge deck, the thickness of a large protective layer and a series of issues require the construction of a comprehensive analysis of the construction technology of cantilevered beam to grasp the key points and difficulties in the process of convergence, Improve the construction of its construction technology, and better will be used to bridge construction of suspended beam construction technology. Through the case analysis of its case, hope to help future projects.
