近些年,我国资源与环境问题日渐严峻,国家激励倡导绿色理念在建筑工程施工中的应用,社会各界对绿色施工理念也更加关注。目前,低碳、绿色已经成为了建筑工程施工的发展主流,施工过程中需要通过强化监理,提升"社会质量观"的普及度和影响力。监理单位及相关工作人员要充分认识自身责任,履行好自己的使命,全面促进建绿色理念在建筑施工中的应用。

The State encourages the application of green concept in building construction, and all walks of life pay more attention to the concept of green construction. At present, low carbon and green has become the mainstream of construction engineering development. In the process of construction, we need to strengthen supervision to enhance the popularity and influence of ＂social quality concept＂. Supervision units and related staff should fully understand their responsibilities, fulfill their missions, and comprehensively promote the application of green concept in building construction.
