装配式建筑抗震性能分析

Seismic Behavior Analysis of Fabricated Building

我国改革开放以来,经济不断发展,同时加快了城市的发展速度,建筑工业化中一个重要的结构形式就是预设装配式,这种形式更符合当今社会建筑行业的发展趋势。我国是多地震发生区域,要确保装配式建筑在发生地震时不出现连续倒塌情况,这体现出装配式建筑整体的抗震性能的重要性。本文主要对预制装配式结构进行介绍,分析装配式建筑的发展,并重点对装配式建筑的抗震性能进行研究。

Since the reform and opening up in our country,the economy has developed continuously and at the same time has accelerated the pace of urban development. An important structural form of building industrialization is the prefabricated assembly,which is more in line with the development trend of the current social construction industry. China is a multi-earthquake area,to ensure that the assembly-type building in the event of an earthquake does not appear the case of continuous collapse,which reflects the overall assembly-type seismic performance of the building＇s importance. This paper mainly introduces the prefabricated assembly structure,analyzes the development of the prefabricated building,and focuses on the seismic performance of the prefabricated building.
