Performance Study of Structural Separation Metal Soft Magnetic Material

摘要 对金属软磁薄膜材料进行结构分隔,研究了结构分隔金属软磁薄膜材料的性能,结果表明:结构分隔金属软磁薄膜材料能够实现材料有取向的高磁导率,同时能够抑制材料内的感应涡流,改变磁场分布从而能够屏蔽金属环境,拓宽了金属软磁薄膜材料的高频应用范围。 The properties of metallic soft magnetic film material were studied by structural separation.The results showed that the structural separation of metallic soft magnetic film induce high magnetic permeability with orientation as well as suppressed eddy current effects.It can change magnetic field distribution and shielding environment.It extends the high frequency application scope of metallic soft magnetic film materials.
