本文介绍了一种玻璃钢外罩天线的装配工艺流程,包括装配,调试,铆接,灌封和喷漆等工序。为保证天线不超重,工艺中增加了重量控制内容。另外,针对玻璃钢外罩漆面出现裂纹、气泡以及外露底板导电氧化面划伤缺陷,本文分析了产生缺陷的原因,并给出了解决措施。

This paper introduces assembly process of a FRP cover antenna, consists of these processes：assembling,debugging, riveting,encapsulation, painting etc.In order to ensure that the antenna is not overweight,weight control is increased in processes.Moreover,aiming at the paintwork of FRP cover prone to generate cracks, bubbles,and scratches on the conductive oxide surface for the exposed baseplate,this paper analyzes the causes of the defects,and proposes the appropriate measures to resolve.
