摘要
根据铅酸蓄电池的充电特性,研制了一种基于PI调节和反激式离线变换器的智能充电器,本文主要介绍了主电路拓扑结构设计,反馈控制电路,和充电方式,以及软件算法。实验结果表明:PI反馈调节特性良好,充电电流或电压稳定,充电效率高,能正确监测充电状态,大大延长蓄电池的使用寿命。
According to the charging characteristics of the storage battery, this paper develops a intelligent electric car battery, which is based on PI adjustment and Flyback converter, and gives a detailed introduction to the main circuit topology structure, feedback control circuit, charging ways and the Software realization method. The experiment results demonstrate that PI feedback adjustment is characterized by sound performance, stable output current, high charging efficiency, and the capability to detect the state of storage battery and to prolong the service life of the storage of battery.
