磨抛工艺在高精度光纤延时调节中的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 提出了一种利用磨抛工艺对光纤长度进行高精度调节的方法,设计了相关的加工工艺和测试方法,并通过实验验证了磨抛工艺对光纤长度和插入损耗的影响,得出了一组稳定控制光纤长度和端面质量的工艺参数。证明了通过磨抛工艺调节光纤延时的方法具有精度高、操作简单、重复性好等优点,具有较高的推广价值。
