摘要 从完整的创新流程看,科技创新和熊彼特创新共同推动产业发展。科技创新创造的技术手段,经过熊彼特创新对经济结构产生"创造性破坏"效应。随着持续的经济追赶,中国积累了迎接新科技革命的产业基础和技术基础,但原始创新不足的短板,制约着中国应对产业变革的能力。通过制度创新完善原始创新的生态系统,实现从引进模仿到原始创新的转型,是中国打造全球引领性产业的关键。 From the perspective of the complete innovation process,Scientific & Technological Innovation and Schumpeterian Innovation promote industrial development together.The technical means created by Scientific & Technological Innovation produce "creative destruction" effect on economic structure through Schumpeterian Innovation.With continued economic catch-up,China has accumulated an industrial base and technological base to meet the new scientific and technological revolution.However,the shortage of original innovation has limited China's ability to respond to industrial changes.Improving the original innovative ecological system through institutional innovation,and achieving the transformation from introduction and imitation to original innovation,is the key point for China's creation of a global leading industry.
