股骨近端锁定钢板联合自体髂骨结构性植骨治疗股骨距粉碎性股骨转子间骨折的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Femoral Proximal Locking Plate Combined with Autogenous lliac Bone Graft in the Treatment of Femoral Intertrochanter Fractures

目的：分析股骨近端锁定钢板联合自体髂骨结构性植骨治疗股骨距粉碎性股骨转子间骨折的效果。方法：选择2016年1月-2017年8月本院股骨距粉碎性股骨转子间骨折患者40例，全部患者均接受股骨近端锁定钢板、自体髂骨结构性植骨联合治疗，分析治疗效果。结果：本研究40例患者平均手术用时64．28±5．19分钟，平均出血量216．37±16．94ml，术后仅有1例切口浅层感染患者，没有患者出现其他严重并发症，术后患者髋关节恢复优良率为95％。结论：股骨近端锁定钢板联合自体髂骨结构性植骨治疗股骨距粉碎性股骨转子间骨折，能提升内固定质量，提升关节功能，加快骨折愈合，可推广应用。

Objectiv： To analyze the effect of femoral proximal locking plate combined with autogenous iliac bone graft in the treatment of femoral intertrochanter fractures. Methods ： Forty patients with femoral intertrochanter fractures were treated with the femoral intertrochanteric fractures in our hospital from January 2017 to August 2017. All patients underwent combined treatment of proximal femoral locking plate and autogenous iliac bone grafting. The therapeutic effect was analyzed. Results： In this study, 40 patients had an average operative time （64.28 ± 5.19） minutes, the average amount of bleeding （216.37± 16.94） ml, only 1 case of patients with shallow incision infection, no other patients with serious complications, postoperative patients The excellent rate of hip recovery was 95%. Conclusion ： The treatment of femoral intertroehanter fractures with intertrochanter osteotomy combined with autogenous iliac bone grafting can improve the quality of internal fixation, enhance joint function and accelerate fracture healing.
