Trends in the Development of Countermeasure Policies on Contemporary International Immigration by Major Immigrant Countries

本文根据联合国正式公布的国际移民数据,梳理了自上世纪90年代以来国际移民的数量、构成、分布及发展趋势,剖析当今世界主要移民国家面对国际移民大潮而制定、实施相关政策的基本原则,比较其要点、特性及演化,进而探讨我国可以从中获取的经验、教训和启示。

Based on the immigration data published by the UN, this paper pictures the changing composition and distribution of the international immigration development in the period from 1990 to 2015. After analyzing the major immigration policies formulated by the key countries that have been obviously affected by immigration, this paper compares the similarities and differences of the relevant policies ; furthermore, it shed light on what lessons and messages can be taken from their experiences.
