氧化石墨烯拌种对高羊茅种子萌发与幼苗生长的影响 被引量:8

摘要 为了研究氧化石墨烯拌种对高羊茅种子萌发与幼苗生长的影响,将不同量的氧化石墨烯与高羊茅种子混合后播于花盆中培养,测定高羊茅种子萌发、幼苗株高、生物量和叶绿素含量,并用隶属函数法进行综合评定。结果表明,氧化石墨烯拌种显著提高了高羊茅种子的萌发、株高和生物量,当用量为0.2mg/g时表现最好,与对照相比,萌发势、萌发值、萌发指数可分别提高20.7%、35.2%、31.6%,株高可提高23.5%,地上和地下生物量分别提高101.6%和70.3%。但高用量的氧化石墨烯会降低幼苗的总叶绿素含量。通过隶属函数法就高羊茅种子萌发和幼苗生长状况进行综合评价,氧化石墨烯处理由好到差排名依次为0.2,0.4,0.1,0.6,0.8,0mg/g。 In order to study the effects of graphene oxide dressing on seed germination and seedling growth of Festuca arundinacea, graphene oxide was mixed with seeds and planted in pots, and seed germination,plant height,biomass and chlorophyll contents of Festuca arundinacea were determined. The subordinate function method is used for comprehensive evaluation.The results showed that the application of graphene oxide significantly increased seed germination, plant height and biomass of Festuca arundinacea.0.2 mg/g graphene oxide achieved the best,and compared with the control, the germination energy (GE), germination value, germination index, plant height, above ground and underground biomass of Festuca arundinacea increased by 20.7% ,35.2% ,31.6%,23.5%, 101.6% and 70.3%, respectively. However, graphene oxide with high dosage decreased total chlorophyll content. On the basis of subordinate function analysis,graphene oxide treatments ranked from good to bad in the following order 0.2, 0.4,0.1, 0.6, 0.8,0 mg/g.
