一起副溶血性弧菌食物中毒调查分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的了解副溶血性弧菌食物中毒的流行特征,为科学开展食物中毒的处置工作提供有效依据。方法根据《食品安全事故流行病学调查技术指南》的调查方法,对内江市经开区某酒店2016-6-15就餐人员以及该酒店厨师、服务人员和餐饮环境开展调查和采样,并对结果进行流行病学特征分析。结果此次食物中毒就餐人数400人,中毒人数81,采集食品、环境、生物样本99件,11例患者的肛拭样品中分离培养出副溶血性弧菌,经分子分型技术进行同源性分析,发现分离出的11株副溶血性弧菌的同源性在90%以上。结论经过流行病学调查和实验室检测最终确认该起食物中毒为一起副溶血性弧菌引起的食物中毒事件。 Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of food poisoning caused by Vibrio parahaemolytieus, and to provide an effective basis for scientific treatment of food poisoning. Methods According to the "Technical guide for epidemiological investigation of food safety accidents" to survey, to carry out the investigation and sampling of the dining staff, chef, catering services and the environment, and the results were analyzed by epidemiological analysis. Results The resuhs of the food poisoning at the number of 400 people, the number of poisoning 81, collecting food, environment, biological samples 99, cultivate Vibrio parahaemolyticus isolated from 11 patients with anal swab samples by molecular typing techniques for homology analysis, found that 11 strains of parahaemolyticus bacteria homology in arc more than 90%. Conclusion The food poisoning caused by Vibrio parahaemolyticus was confirmed by epidemiological investigation and laboratory test.
