2016年成都市成华区健康人群麻疹风疹抗体水平监测结果分析 被引量:8

Measles Antibody and Rubella Antibody Levels Among Healthy Population in 2016 in Chenghua District in Chengdu City

摘要 目的了解成都市成华区健康人群麻疹风疹抗体水平,为控制相应疾病、改善免疫策略提供科学依据。方法按二阶段分层随机抽样的原则,在成华区14个街道辖区中随机抽取4个作为监测点,按照年龄组分层抽样,共调查224人,用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)定量测定血清麻疹、风疹Ig G抗体。结果 224名检测对象中,人群麻疹、风疹Ig G抗体阳性率分别为90.2%、83.9%。不同性别、不同户籍属性人群麻疹、风疹抗体阳性率无统计学意义(P>0.05)。有2剂次或3剂次及以上麻疹、风疹疫苗免疫史人群,麻疹风疹抗体阳性率显著高于无免疫史或仅有1剂次免疫史人群。<1岁组人群麻疹风疹抗体阳性率分别为40.6%、25.0%,低于其他年龄组。结论成华区基本形成了预防麻疹、风疹的免疫屏障,但仍需及时为年满8月龄儿童接种麻风疫苗,并建议育龄期妇女麻风疫苗以提高<1岁儿童麻疹风疹抗体水平。 Objective To understand the measles antibody and rubella antibody level in healthy population in 2016 in Chenghua District, Chengdu City , to provide evidences for the relevant disease control and the improvement of vaccination strategy. Methods Two -phase stratified random sampling was applied in this study, 4 towns were selected from 14 towns in Chenghua district as the study sites , a total of 224 people were selected according to the age group stratified sampling. Enzyme - linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to test the measles and rubella antibody. Results Among the 224 subjects, positivity rates for measles and rubella antibody were 90.2% and 83.9%. No statistically significant differences were found in the positive rates of measles and rubella antibody between ages or genders ( P 〉 0. 05 ) , the positive rates of measles and rubella antibody of the people who had 2 doses or ≥ 3 doses of immune history was significantly higher than those with no immune history or only one dose. Under 1 year of child measles and rubella antibody had a positive rate of 40, 6% and 25.0%, lower than other age groups. Conclusion A certain immune barrier against measles and rubella in Chenghua District has established. But measles and rubella Combined Attenuated Live Vaccine (MR) should be vaccinated in time when the children reached the age of 8 months. Besides, it is recommended that childbearing age women vaccinated with MR in order to improve the 〈 1 year old children measles rubella antibody level.
