摘要
以施拉姆大众传播模型为理论基础构建指标因素,构建公共图书馆微信公众号阅读推广效用评价模型,基于DEMATEL系统因素多维复合分析,对其影响因素进行深度挖掘,根据各指标要素的原因因素、结果因素和中心度等影响因素的分析结果,提出了若干提升公共图书馆微信公众号阅读推广效用和服务质量的建议和对策。
Taking Schram mass communication model as the theoretical basis to build index factors, this paper constructed the effectiveness evaluation model for public library's wechat platform reading promotion service, and deeply excavated the influential factors based on multi-dimensional composite factors analysis of DEMATEL system, and put forward some suggestions and countermeasures to promote the effectiveness and quality of reading promotion service via wechat platform according to the cause factors, resultant factors and centrality of each element.
