摘要
在城市快速发展的今天,城市面临着水生态、水资源、水环境及水安全的各种问题,居住用地作为城市建成区中的重要组成部分,既是城市降雨产汇流的源头,也是海绵城市源头减排的重中之重。以迁安市广场馨园小区为例,分析既有小区海绵城市建设中存在的具体问题,以现有问题为导向,遵循绿色优先的原则,提出具有针对性的改造思路及对策,因地制宜地选择海绵技术设施,从源头构建低影响开发系统,实现对建筑小区径流总量控制率的要求。同时兼顾小区居民的生活需求,将海绵城市建设与旧城改造相结合,实现项目建设的多重目标。通过多种设施的并用,有效提高了对径流雨水的渗透、调蓄、净化、利用及排放能力,力求恢复城市原始的水文生态特征。
In the rapid development of the city, the city is facing various serious problems from water ecology, water resources, water environment and water security. As an important part of urban built-up area, residential land is not only the source of urban rainfall, but also the core part in the source emission reduction in sponge city. Taking Square Xinyuan Residential Quarter in Qian' an City as an ex- ample, this paper analyzes the specific problems in the sponge city construction of the existing residential areas. With the existing problems as the guide and following the principle of green priority, this paper puts forward some targeted reform ideas and countermeasures. Then, sponge technology facilities were se- lected. In order to achieve the construction area total runoff rate control requirements, the low impact de- velopment system was built from source. At the same time, the living needs of residential communities were taken into account to achieve the project' s multiple objectives via combination of sponge city con- struction and transformation of the old city. Through the combination of various facilities, the capability of infiltration, storage, purification, utilization and emission of runoff rainwater is effectively enhanced so as to restore the original hydro-ecological features of the city.
