臭氧脱色工艺用于工业废水处理厂提标改造工程 被引量:7

Application of Ozone Decolorizing Process in Upgrading and Reconstruction of Industrial Wastewater Treatment Plant

摘要 湖北省枝江市城西污水处理厂进水中工业废水占比高达95%,污水中含有大量难生物降解物质,可生化性差,水质波动较大。原处理工艺为旋流沉砂池+水解酸化+倒置A^2O氧化沟+二沉池+紫外消毒,因缺少调节及有效去除色度的工艺,导致NH_3-N、TP去除效果不佳,出水色度长期未达标。提标改造工程在预处理阶段增加了调节池+臭氧接触工艺,利用臭氧的强氧化性,有效去除色度,并改善污水可生化性;新增深度处理设施,采用高效混凝沉淀池+竖片纤维滤布滤池工艺,以强化除P、除色度等。运行实践结果表明,改造工艺处理效果良好,色度去除效果显著,出水各项指标稳定达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)的一级A标准。 The proportion of industrial wastewater in the influent Plant in Zhijiang City is up to 95 %. Influent contains a lot of hardly d of Chengxi Wastewater Treatment egradable pollutants, which led to poor biodegradability. The raw water quality fluctuates greatly as well. The original treatment process was swirl sedimentation tank + hydrolytic acidification tank + inverted A2/O oxidation ditch + sedimenta- tion tank + ultraviolet disinfection. The removal effect of NH3 - N and TP was poor due to the lack of reg- ulation and chroma removing stage. The chromaticity index could not meet the requirement standard for a long time. Regulation -ozone oxidation process was added in the pretreatment stage in upgrading project in order to improve the biodegradability and reduce the chroma by the strong oxidability of ozone. High density sedimentation tank -filtration process was used in the advanced treatment to strengthen the re- moval of phosphorus and chroma. The operation practice showed that the modification process had good treatment effect, remarkable removal effect of chroma, and all indexes of effluent could meet the first class A standard of Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant ( GB 18918 -2002).
