摘要
北京市某污水处理厂升级改造的主要目标是深度去除有机物、悬浮物、氮和磷等并消毒,并在保证出水水质达标的前提下尽量利用现状设施,减少土建和运行费用。升级改造采用SBR池挖潜改造+两级生物滤池+滤布滤池+臭氧接触氧化+次氯酸钠消毒工艺,改造SBR池以提高其生物脱氮除磷能力,减少后续深度处理部分反硝化滤池的处理负荷及加药量,延长滤池运行周期;新建两级生物滤池进一步去除COD、BOD_5、TN及拦截部分SS;新建滤布滤池进一步去除SS及浊度;投加臭氧及次氯酸钠去除水中色度及细菌。该升级改造工程建成运行后,达到了设计预期目的。
The main targets of a wastewater treatment plant upgrading project in Beijing were for further removal of organics, SS, nitrogen, phosphorus and other pollutants as well as disinfection. The existing facilities should be fully utilized with minimum construction and operation costs, on the premise of qualified effluent. According to the sewage treatment plant process, water quality status and problems, this project adopts the combined process of modified SBR/two stage biological filter/cloth filter/ozone contact oxidation/sodium hypochlorite disinfection. The SBR was modified to improve its biological nitro- gen and phosphorus removal capability, so that the subsequent load and the dosage of further denitrifica- tion filter were reduced and the filter cycle was extended. A two-stage biofiher was newly built to remove more COD, BODs, TN and to intercept part of SS. A new cloth filter was built for further removal of SS and turbidity. Ozone and sodium hypochlorite were added for removal of chromaticity and bacteria. The original targets of the upgrading project were achieved after construction and operation.
