摘要
目的:对人工栽培群体不同变异类型广金钱草药材的农艺性状、总黄酮、多糖、夏佛塔苷含量进行分析,遴选优良变异类型,为广金钱草优良品种选育提供依据。方法:采用紫外分光光度法测定总黄酮、多糖含量,HPLC法测定夏佛塔苷含量。结果:药材产量、总黄酮、多糖、夏佛塔苷含量在不同变异类型间存在差异,紫红茎柔毛近贴生型产量、总黄酮、多糖、夏佛塔苷含量均最高。结论:紫红茎柔毛近贴生型广金钱草是具有高产优质潜力的变异类型。
Objective: To research the agronomic characters and the contents of flavonoids, polysaccharides, schaftoside from variance-types of Desmodium styracifolium, provide the basis for D. styracifolium varieties selection. Methods: The contents of flavonoids and polysaccharides in D. styracifolium were studied with UV spectrophotometry, schaftoside content was determined by HPLC. Results : Yield and quality is differences between the different variant D. styracifolium, purple stems villous near post type is the most excellent varieties. It' s yield, flavonoids content, polysaccharides content, schaftoside con- tent are the highest. Conclusion: In different variant D. styracifolium, the purple stems villous near post type with high yield is good quality potential variation.
