广金钱草不同变异类型产量和质量的研究

Research on Yield and Quality in Different Variation Type Desmodium styracifolium

目的:对人工栽培群体不同变异类型广金钱草药材的农艺性状、总黄酮、多糖、夏佛塔苷含量进行分析,遴选优良变异类型,为广金钱草优良品种选育提供依据。方法:采用紫外分光光度法测定总黄酮、多糖含量,HPLC法测定夏佛塔苷含量。结果:药材产量、总黄酮、多糖、夏佛塔苷含量在不同变异类型间存在差异,紫红茎柔毛近贴生型产量、总黄酮、多糖、夏佛塔苷含量均最高。结论:紫红茎柔毛近贴生型广金钱草是具有高产优质潜力的变异类型。

Objective： To research the agronomic characters and the contents of flavonoids, polysaccharides, schaftoside from variance-types of Desmodium styracifolium, provide the basis for D. styracifolium varieties selection. Methods： The contents of flavonoids and polysaccharides in D. styracifolium were studied with UV spectrophotometry, schaftoside content was determined by HPLC. Results ： Yield and quality is differences between the different variant D. styracifolium, purple stems villous near post type is the most excellent varieties. It＇ s yield, flavonoids content, polysaccharides content, schaftoside con- tent are the highest. Conclusion： In different variant D. styracifolium, the purple stems villous near post type with high yield is good quality potential variation.
