摘要 目的:采用Box-Behnken响应曲面法优化七味双花柴胡胶囊的水提工艺。方法:以绿原酸提取率为指标,在对提取次数、加水量、提取温度和提取时间进行单因素考察的基础上,用Box-Behnken响应曲面法筛选提取工艺的最佳条件。结果:优选出的最佳提取工艺为提取温度87℃,加入12倍量水,提取时间为0.5 h,提取2次。结论:采用Box-Behnken响应曲面法优选的提取工艺稳定,合理可行,为七味双花柴胡胶囊水提工艺的优化提供了实验依据。 Objective: Box-Behnken Response Surface Methodology was used to optimize the water extraction process of Qiwei Shuanghua Chaihu capsule. Methods: Based on chlorogenic acid extraction rate, the extraction times, the amount of water, the extraction temperature and the extraction time were investigated on the basis of single factor, Box-Behnken response surface method was used to screen the optimal conditions of the extraction process. Results : The optimal extraction process was as follows: the extraction temperature was 87 ℃, the amount of water was 12 times, extraction time was 0. 5 h, and extrac- tion times was 2. Conclusion: The method of Box-Behnken response surface extraction is stable and feasible, which provides the experimental basis for the optimization of water extraction technology of Qiwei Shuanghua Chaihu capsule.
