B型主动脉夹层数值模拟研究的现状与展望 被引量:3

摘要 主动脉夹层是由于主动脉壁内膜局部撕裂,血液由撕裂口灌注人中层,形成真、假两个管腔的血管疾病。该疾病危险性高,发病数量在我国呈现逐年上升趋势,近年来被临床医师和研究者广泛关注。B型主动脉夹层累及降主动脉及以远,可借助胸主动脉腔内修复术进行介人治疗,但临床应用中,仍存在支架封堵不全、支架引发新夹层等并发症。基于生物力学的数值仿真研究可提供针对主动脉血流、血管壁受力、支架受力等量化研究方法,在研究发病机制、建立个体化手术规划方案、优化介人医疗器械方面均有重要意义。本文将基于临床,从数值模拟研究方面探讨对B型主动脉夹层的研究进展,并对后续研究方向做以展望。 Aortic dissection is a high risk disease caused by partial rupture of aortic intima; blood can perfuse into intima-media through the tear and form two lumens in aorta. The incidence of aortic dissection is increasing. Type B aortic dissection involves descending aorta and its distal end. Thoracic endovascular aortic repair is a common surgery in treatment of type B aortic dissection with complications such as stent occlusion insufficiency and stent-induced new dissection. Numerical simulation based on biomeehanics can provide quantitative research methods for aortic blood flow, vascular wall stress and stent stress, which has important significance in the studies of pathogenesis, management of individual surgical Planning and optimization of interventional medical devices. This article discussed the progress of numerical simulation of type B aortic dissection.
