摘要
在数控磨削硬质合金刀具中,砂轮磨损的补偿技术是关键技术之一。本文基于灰色预测理论并结合磨削试验建立刀具外径预测的阈值模型,对倒角工步的砂轮磨损进行分析,结合外径预测的阈值模型建立了倒角工步砂轮补偿策略。
Based on CNC grinding of carbide cutting tools,the wheel compensation is one of the key technologies.Based on the gray prediction theory and grinding experiments,the threshold prediction model for tool outside diameters is established. Through investigating the wheel wear in the chamfering process and with the threshold model,a compensation strategy for the wheel wear is put forward.
