摘要
基于有限元模拟技术,借助DEFORM软件对万向节十字轴套筒零件的热挤压成形过程进行数值模拟。通过对不同直径的坯料进行数值模拟,对其结果进行对比分析,以获得成形效果较好的毛坯;通过不断改变工艺参数,分析凸模运动速度、摩擦系数及其温度对热挤压工艺的影响。以成形载荷、等效应变及其等效应力的大小作为评判标准,并由正交试验获得热挤压成形过程中最佳的工艺参数组合。为套筒类零件的实际生产加工提供了一种优质、高效且低成本的成形工艺。
Based on the finite element simulation technique,the numerical simulation of the hot extrusion process of the universal joint cross shaft sleeve components is carried out by DEFORM. Through the simulation of the different diameter of the billet,the results of comparative analysis to obtain a good shape of the better rough effect of the billet,by continuously changing the process parameters,the influence of the punch speed,the friction coefficient and its temperature on the hot extrusion process are analyzed. Taking the size of the forming load,the equivalent strain and its equivalent stress as the evaluation index,the optimum process parameter combination in the hot extrusion process are obtained by orthogonal test. For the sleeve components of the actual production and processing,high quality,high efficiency and low cost forming process are provided.
