摘要
为探讨复合微生态制剂对武定鸡公鸡生长性能、盲肠菌群和血清IgG含量的影响,试验采用单因子完全随机设计方法,挑选刚出壳武定鸡公鸡500只,随机分成5组,每组5个重复,每个重复20只。其中,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组饲喂三个不同剂量(3.12×10~9、2.75×10~7、1.38×10~5cfu/mL)的微生态制剂,Ⅳ组为空白对照,Ⅴ组为抗生素组,饲喂期60 d。测量指标为各阶段生长性能、免疫器官指数、盲肠菌群数、血清IgG含量等。结果显示:复合微生态制剂饲喂后均相应提高了鸡只平均日增重、料重比、部分免疫器官指数、盲肠内乳酸杆菌、血清IgG含量,相应降低鸡只死淘率、盲肠内容物pH值及大肠杆菌、沙门菌的数量,差异显著(P<0.05),综合分析,2.75×10~7cfu/mL添加剂量效果较显著。研究表明,复合微生态制剂对武定鸡公鸡生长性能、盲肠菌群和血清IgG含量的影响在添加剂量为2.75×10~7cfu/mL可达显著效果。
This paper is aimed to discuss influences of compound microbial ecological agents on growth performance,caecum flora and serum IgG content in Wuding cocks of local categories. In this experiment, single-factor completely randomized experiment design method was applied to pick up 500 Wuding cocks with even weight and excellent mental state and divide them into 5 groups, 5 repeats per group, 20 chickens per repeat. Microecologics was used to set up 3 dose feeding the first three test groups. With free drinking and 60 d of feeding period in the whole process, the growth performance of chicken, the number of cecal bacteria, serum IgG content were measured. The results showed a that compound microbial ecological agents were fed to correspondingly improve ADG, ADFI, F/G, immune organs index, Lactobacillus in the cecal contents, serum IgG contents, reduce the death rate, caecum contents pH, the number of E. coli and Salmonella in Wuding cocks(P〈0.05). The results of Comprehensive analysis, showed that the test group was 2.75×10~7 cfu/mL additive dosage(P〈0.05). The results indicated that the effect of compound microbial ecological agents was more significant on growth performance, caecum flora and serum IgG content when the additive amount was 2.75×10~7 cfu/mL in Wuding cocks.
