摘要
论述了SLA 3D打印在熔模铸造领域中的应用以及具体的工艺过程,重点研究了薄壁铸件胀壳的问题,并结合实例提供了解决方案。运用该技术生产的铸件具有尺寸精度高、表面光洁、工艺较环保等优点,可大幅度缩减样件开发周期和研发成本,显著提升企业竞争力。
The application of SLA 3 Dprinting in investment casting industry was introduced,and the special process was described.Dwelling shell defects of thin-walled investment castings were paid attention,and countermeasures were presented for the practical product.The products have the advantages of high dimensional precision,surface smooth and enviromental friend.The SLA 3 Dprinting can shorten greatly the development time and reduce RD costs,and enhance significantly the competitiveness of enterprises.
