摘要
对Al-7Si-0.3Mg铝合金中空结构前副车架纵梁铸件的结构进行优化设计,采用重力铸造生产纵梁铸件,并通过数值模拟技术调整优化工艺参数,使用探伤机、万能试验机等手段研究铸件内部品质及力学性能。结果表明,生产的纵梁铸件完全满足相关标准要求。
Al-7 Si-0.3 Mg aluminum-alloy front sub-frames side beam with hollow structure was designed.Through optimizing the product structure design,gravity casting technology was adopted,and the process parameters were optimized by numerical simulation.In addition,internal quality and mechanical properties of the castings were analyzed by X-ray detector and universal tester.The results reveal that the gravity casting aluminum alloy sub-frame side beam casting can meet fully the standard requirement.
