摘要
以M70莫来石为耐火骨料的铸钢用醇基涂料为研究对象,对浇注、涂料残片断面进行扫描电镜和能谱分析。结果表明,涂料在浇注过程中由于与钢水接触,使得涂料温度接近耐火骨料的耐火度,从而使涂料发生化学和物理变化,产生的致密结构能够阻止钢水渗进砂子,有效防止粘砂。
M70 mullite refractory aggregate steel-based alcohol-based coating fragments after pouring was analyzed by the scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis.The results indicate that the coating in the pouring process contacts with the molten steel,which leads to the coating temperature closed to the refractory aggregate temperature,so chemical and physical changes in coating occurs to generate dense structure.The dense structure can prevent the infiltration of molten iron into the sand,which prevent effectively the formation of sticky sand to ensure the quality of the castings.
