Beauty:the Creative Power of Life and Civilization

基于综合与调和的立场,我们提出了"美是生命与文明自由跃动的力量"这一综合判断。这一论题,也可以从"美是生命自由跃动的力量"与"美是文明自由跃动的力量"两个方面进行论证。基于前一判断,我们强调美与自然生命存在或人的生命存在之间的关系;基于后一判断,我们强调政治制度、文化生活、文学艺术、城乡建筑、历史文物与文明生活审美的关系。人类的审美活动,实际上就是由生命审美体验与文明审美创造两个方面自由构成。

A thesis that beauty is the creative power of life and civilization is proposed from the perspectives of synthesis and harmonization,which can also be understood as both that beauty is the power of creative life and the power of creative civilization.The former emphasizes the relationship between beauty and natural life or human life,while the latter focuses on the relationship between beauty and other factors,including political system,cultural life,literature,art,urban and rural architecture,and historical relics.The aesthetic activities of human beings are composed of the aesthetic experience of life and the creation of civilization.
