城市社区的“家文化”建设研究

Construction of “Family Cultures” in Urban Communities

中国正处于深度的社会转型阶段,在中国传统家庭精神和西方主流文化的影响下,加强城市社区"家文化"建设的研究,有利于丰富城市文化建设理论的研究内容和价值取向,也是借鉴孔孟"孝道"思想以及社会主义核心价值观的具体实践。同时,由于社会结构的调整和社会机制的转变,城市社区的"家文化"建设问题愈益凸显:居民归属感缺少,资源配置不合理,制度不健全。针对这些问题呈现的特点与成因进行分析,为推进城市社区"家文化"建设服务,需要加强"家文化"认同感的宣传;改善文化设施,突出"家文化"建设的元素;完善制度法规,促进"家文化"制度的创新。

Strengthening the researches of＂family cultures＂in urban communities is useful to enrich the content and values of urban cultural construction theories when China is in the stage of social transformation influenced by traditional Chinese family spirits and mainstream of Western cultures.＂Family cultures＂have reflected filial piety of Confucius and Mencius and socialist core values.However,due to the adjustment of social structure and the operation mechanism of society,urban residents generally lack of senses of belonging in certain communities,reasonable resources allocation,and a sound system,which have brought difficulties for the construction of＂family culture＂in urban communities.To resolve these problems,it is necessary to enhance the services of communities so as to improve the residents＇ sense of identity;to improve cultural facilities as to emphasize the elements of＂family cultures＂;to perfect the legal system as to promote system innovation.
