浅谈合成氨生产中的降本增效措施

A Brief Discussion on Measures of Cost Decreasing and Benefit Increasing in the Production of Synthetic Ammonia

概述了目前国内合成氨装置的生产现状,对合成氨生产企业的生产成本进行了分析,指出了合成氨企业生产经营过程中节能降耗、降本增效的主要途径,重点论述了降低合成氨生产过程中两煤一电消耗的途径和方法。提出了充分运用新工艺、新技术进行技术改造以及加强生产过程控制管理、提高生产管理能力相结合的节能降耗措施。

The current domestic production status of ammonia plant is summarized, and the production cost of synthetic ammonia production enterprises is analyzed. The main ways to saving energy, reducing consumption and cost decreasing and benefit increasing are pointed out in the process of the synthetic ammonia enterprise production and operation. The methods and ways to reduce the consumption of fuel coal, raw coal and electricity power in the ammonia production are mainly emphasized. The measures of energy saving and consumption reduction which is combined with new technology, technological transformation and strengthening of production process control management and improvement of production management ability are putted forward.
