Internal Leakage and Maintenance of Isothermal Shift Converter

针对DN 4 600 mm水移热等温变换炉内件出现的漏水问题,讨论了检漏检修方案。通过检漏,确定是降水管因热膨胀焊缝出现开裂而造成漏水,为此采取增设膨胀节的检修措施,以解决热膨胀应力的问题。

In connection with leakage problem of internal parts of DN 4600 mm isothermal shift converter using water to remove heat, the leak detection and maintenance scheme is discussed. Through leak detection, it is determined that the thermal expansion welding seam cracking of downcomer is the cause of water leak. Therefore, maintenance measure of adding expansion joint is taken to solve the problem of thermal expansion stress.
