摘要
以青海马海盐湖氯化钾生产为例,探索了氯化钾生产排放的尾液中钾资源回收利用的途径。通过对尾盐水和尾盐矿合理利用的讨论及相图分析,提出了冷结晶-正浮选生产氯化钾尾液循环利用的技术方案,使氯化钾生产过程中排放的尾液得到充分回收利用。
Taking potassium chloride production of Mahai Salt Lake in Qinghai province as an example, ways to recycle potassium resource in tail liquid discharged from potassium chloride production are explored. Through discussion of rational use of tail brine and tail salt mine and analysis of phase diagram, a technical solution of recycling tail liquid from production of potassium chloride by eoht crystallization-positive flotation method is proposed, so that tail liquid discharged from potassium chloride production is tully recycled.
