摘要
采用熔体旋转冷却法(以下简称甩带法)+热挤压制备了快速凝固的6061铝合金棒材,并与常规铸造+热挤压结果进行了对比。结果表明,甩带法+热挤压制备的6061铝合金组织均匀,晶粒细小,平均晶粒尺寸为3~5μm,屈服强度和拉伸强度较常规铸造+热挤压高。由于部分带与带之间结合不是非常紧密,断后伸长率差别不大。
The rapidly solidified 6061 aluminum alloy bars were prepared by melt rotation cooling(hereinafter referred to as melt spinning)+ hot extrusion, and the results were compared with those of conventional casting+ hot extrusion. The results show that the microstructure of 6061 aluminum alloy prepared by melt spinning + hot extrusion is uniform, the grain is fine with average grain size of 3-5 μm, and the yield strength and tensile strength are higher than those of conventional casting+hot extrusion. As the combination of partial belt and belt is not very close, there is little difference in elongation after break.
