汽车钛合金气阀的铸造工艺优化 被引量:9

摘要 采用不同工艺对汽车钛合金气阀进行了铸造,并对其进行了耐磨损性能和耐腐蚀性能的测试与分析。结果表明:与常规离心铸造优化工艺相比,超声辅助离心铸造的气阀磨损体积减小42%,腐蚀电位正移0.138 V,耐磨损性能和耐腐蚀性能均得到显著提高。汽车钛合金气阀的铸造工艺优选超声辅助离心铸造工艺。 The titanium alloy air valves for automobile were cast by using different processes, and their wear resistance and corrosion resistance were tested and analyzed. The results show that compared with the conventional centrifugal casting optimization process, the wear volume of ultrasonic assisted centrifugal casting valves reduces by 42%, and corrosion potential positively shifts by 0.138 V. Both of the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the samples are greatly improved.Optimized casting process of automobile titanium alloy air valve is ultrasonic assisted centrifugal casting process.
