摘要
重点探讨了ZrB_2-TiB_2和ZrB_2-TiB_2/Ni涂层对电极点焊镀锌钢板焊接窗口的影响。通过焊点温度场模拟以及试验验证发现,在点焊0.7 mm厚双面热镀锌钢板时,无涂层电极的焊接窗口最小,ZrB_2-TiB_2涂层电极次之,ZrB_2-TiB_2/Ni涂层电极在三者中具有最大的焊接窗口。
The effects of ZrB_2-TiB_2 and ZrB_2-TiB_2/Ni coatings on the welding window of electrode spot welding galvanized steel sheet were emphatically discussed. Through the simulation of solder joint temperature field and experimental verification, the results show that when welding 0.7 mm thick double faced hot-dip galvanized steel sheet, the welding window of uncoated electrode is the smallest, that of ZrB_2-TiB_2 coated electrode is secondary and that of ZrB_2-TiB_2/Ni coated electrode is the largest of the three electrodes.
