摘要
使用焊接机器人工作站对φ20 mm×2 mm的6061铝合金薄管的T型对接MIG焊进行了试验,优化了铝合金管MIG焊工艺参数。结果显示:焊接速度为8 mm/s,送丝速度为2.0~2.6 mm/s时,6061铝合金管材的焊接质量最佳,焊接电流与焊接电压对焊接质量的影响不大。
The T type butt MIG welding tests of φ20 mm×2 mm 6061 aluminum alloy thin tube were carried out by using welding robot workstation, and the MIG welding parameters of the aluminum alloy tube were optimized. The results show that when the welding speed is 8 mm/s, the wire feeding speed is 2.0-2.6 mm/s, welding quality of the 6061 aluminum alloy tube is the best. The welding current and welding voltage have little effect on welding quality.
