摘要 以AM60镁合金搅拌摩擦点焊过程为研究对象,采用六轴传感器检测主轴转速3000 r/min,不同压入速度下搅拌头的轴向压力、扭矩数据,并求解出实际能量输出,分析压入速度与能量输出之间的变化关系。结果表明,当搅拌头转速一定时,压入速度越小,其产生的轴向压力和扭矩越大,搅拌头输出功率越大。通过K型热电偶检测不同压入速度下搅拌针的温度变化,其变化规律与能量输出变化规律一致,验证了压入速度对能量输出的影响。 Taking friction stir spot welding process of AM60 magnesium alloy as the object, the axial pressure and the torque values under the mainshaft speed of 3000 r/min and different plunge rates were measured by using six-axis sensor and the actual energy output was calculated, and the relationship between plunge rate and energy output was analyzed. The results show that when the stirring tool's speed is constant, the smaller the plunge speed is, the greater the produced axial pressure and torque are, and the greater the power output of the stirring tool is. The temperature change of stirring pin under different plunge rates was detected by using K thermocouple, and the change of the temperature is consistent with that of energy output,which verifies the influence of plunge rate on energy output.
