摘要
为了分析铝合金层叠式油冷器在汽车发动机和变速箱应用中的泄漏机理,收集了大量铝合金层叠式油冷器的应用失效数据,通过韦伯(Weibull)分布分析得出该失效属于早期失效。归纳出一套铝合金层叠式油冷器泄漏失效分析流程及方法,引入了内窥镜检查以初步判断泄漏位置,应用计算机断层扫描(Computed tomography,CT)成像技术进一步确定泄漏通道。CT成像技术还可以应用于铝合金钎焊过程的缺陷分析和质量监控,为生产工艺改进提供有效信息。
In order to analyze the leaking mechanism of laminated type oil cooler in application of automobile engine and gear box, the failure data of a large number of aluminum alloy laminated type oil cooler were collected, and the failure belonged to early failure through Weibull distribution. The flow chart and methods of leaking failure analysis of aluminum alloy laminated type oil cooler were summed up. Endoscopy was introduced to primarily determine the location of leakage,and computed tomography(CT) imaging technology was used to further determine the leakage path. CT imaging technology can also be applied to the defect analysis and quality monitoring during aluminum alloy brazing process, and it provides effective information for the improvement of production process.
