316L钢气瓶热旋压成形裂纹分析 被引量:1

摘要 316L钢高压气瓶在热旋压成形后,封头内外表面均出现较多裂纹。本文通过扫描电镜、化学成分、金相对气瓶裂纹进行了分析,并进行了试验验证。结果表明,形成裂纹的主要原因是热旋压加热温度过高导致的晶粒粗大和持续的加工硬化。 After hot spinning forming, the cracks appeared on the head inside and outside surface of the 316 L steel high-pressure cylinder. The cylinder cracks were analyzed by means of scanning electron microscopy, chemical composition and metallographic phase. The test and confirmation were carried out. The results show that the main reasons for forming cracks are the coarse grain caused by the excessive heating temperature of hot spinning and continuous working hardening.
