摘要
为研究TiO_2光催化技术在果蔬保鲜领域应用的可行性,通过自制的TiO_2光催化设备在0℃,10℃和20℃三个温度下进行乙烯清除试验,并以猕猴桃为试验对象,模拟果蔬物流中的混存环境,研究TiO_2光催化在猕猴桃物流保鲜中的应用。结果表明:在不同温度下TiO_2光催化反应均能有效地清除环境中的乙烯;应用TiO_2光催化技术对猕猴桃进行保鲜后,猕猴桃的可溶性固形物含量、硬度、胶着性均优于对照组,说明应用该技术进行果蔬保鲜是可行的。
In order to investigate the feasibility of TiO2 photocatalysis technology in fruit and vegetables fresh-keeping, ethylene removal experiment was carried out under 0 ℃, 10 ℃ and 20 ℃ by self-made TiO2 photocatalysis equipment. Study on the application of TiO2 photocatalysis in kiwifruit logistics simulating logistics environment. The results showed that the photocatalytic reaction of TiO2 was effective in removing the ethylene at different temperatures. After the application of TiO2 photocatalysis technology of preservation on kiwifruit, soluble solid content, hardness and Gumminess were superior to control group, which showed that TiO2 photocatalysis technology was feasible for preservation on fruits and vegetables.
