摘要
离子液体是近年来兴起的一类极具应用前景的环保型溶剂,以其不挥发,对水和空气稳定,对无机、有机化合物以及高分子材料具有良好的溶剂而得到广泛的利用。通过1-乙基-3-甲基咪唑醋酸盐(Emim Ac)离子液体溶解水稻秸秆纤维素,并与壳聚糖的醋酸溶液混合的方法制备了可再生易降解纤维素/壳聚糖复合膜,研究了不同黏度壳聚糖、纤维素浓度和壳聚糖浓度对复合膜力学性质的影响,并考察了复合膜的抗菌性能和降解性。结果表明,当纤维素浓度0.1%,中等黏度壳聚糖浓度1.5%时,做出的复合膜具有较好的抗拉强度和断裂伸长率,制得的复合膜对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌具有一定的抑菌效果,并且其具有较好的降解性。
Ionic liquid was environment-friendly solvent with great application prospect in recent years, and had been widely used because of non-volatile, stable in water and air and good solvent of inorganic and organic compounds and polymer materials. Rice straw cellulose was dissolved by 1-ethyl-3-methyl imidazole acetate(Emim Ac) ionic liquid, and then blended with chitosan acetic acid solution, so renewable and easily degradable cellulose/chitosan composite films were made. Effects on different viscosity chitosan, concentration of chitosan and cellulose on the mechanical properties of composite films were studied, and antibacterial and degradability properties of the composite films were also studied. The results showed that when cellulose concentration was 0.1% and medium viscosity chitosan concentration was 1.5%, the composite membrane had good tensile strength and elongation at break. Additionally, the composite film had a highly inhibitory effect on the bacteria of E.coli. and S. aureus, and good degradation.
