生长抑素联合泮托拉唑钠治疗重症急性胰腺炎的效果及对患者肠道功能恢复时间的影响分析

Effect of somatostatin combined with pantoprazole sodium on severe acute pancreatitis and its effect on recovery time of intestinal function

目的分析生长抑素联合泮托拉唑钠治疗重症急性胰腺炎的效果及对患者肠道功能恢复时间的影响。方法随机抽取82例本院自2016年1月~2017年10月收治的重症急性胰腺炎患者,采用随机信封法将其分为对照组(n=41)、治疗组(n=41),对照组患者采用泮托拉唑钠治疗,治疗组患者采用生长抑素联合泮托拉唑钠治疗,分析两组治疗总有效率、临床症状及体征恢复时间、血清炎性因子水平。结果治疗总有效率比较:治疗组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);临床症状及体征恢复时间:治疗组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血清炎性因子水平比较:治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予重症急性胰腺炎患者生长抑素联合泮托拉唑钠治疗,治疗效果显著,既可快速恢复临床症状及体征,又可改善血清炎性因子,临床应用价值较高。

Objective To analyze the effect of somatostatin combined with pantoprazole sodium on severe acute pancreatitis and its effect on recovery time of intestinal function. Methods From January 2016 to October 2017,82 patients with severe acute pancreatitis were randomly selected and divided into control group（n=41）,treatment group（n=41）.The control group was treated with pantoprazole sodium,and the treatment group was treated with somatostatin combined with pantoprazole sodium. The total effective rate,recovery time of clinical symptoms and signs,serum inflammatory factors in two groups were analyzed. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group（P 0.05）.The recovery time of clinical symptoms and signs of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group（P 0.05）.The serum inflammatory factors of the treatment group was better than that of control group（P 0.05）. Conclusion The effect of somatostatin combined with pantoprazole sodium in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis is significant.It can not only quickly recover the clinical symptoms and signs,but also improve the serum inflammatory factors.The clinical application value is high.
