不同剂量培哚普利治疗冠心病的临床效果观察

Clinical efficacy of different doses of perindopril in the treatment of coronary heart disease

目的对不同剂量培哚普利治疗冠心病的临床效果进行观察。方法选择2016年6月~2017年6月期间来院诊治的冠心病患者共计50例,根据随机数字表法分为甲组(n=20)、乙组(n=20)和对比组(n=10),甲组加用大剂量培哚普利治疗,乙组加用小剂量培哚普利治疗,对比组使用常规药物治疗,对比分析三组患者心率、血压、内皮功能和治疗效果。结果除却三组患者心率无明显差异外,甲乙两组患者治疗后舒张压和收缩压出现明显下降且均低于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);甲乙两组患者的肱动脉FMD水平明显高于对比组、hs-CRP和AngⅡ明显低于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);甲乙两组治疗总有效率明显高于对比组,甲组高于乙组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论培哚普利能够有效治疗冠心病患者,相比于小剂量来说,大剂量应用培哚普利对冠心病患者的治疗效果更佳,可在临床实践中予以广泛应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of different doses of perindopril for coronary heart disease. Methods Fifty patients with coronary heart disease were selected from June 2016 to June 2017. According to the random number table method, they were divided into group A（n=20）, group B（n=20） and contrast group（n=10）. Patients in group A were treated with high dose perindopril, while group B was treated with low dose perindopril. The patients in the contrast group were treated with routine medication, and the heart rate, blood pressure, endothelial function and therapeutic effect of the three groups were compared and analyzed. Results The diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure decreased significantly after treatment in group A and group B, which were lower than those in the contrast group, and the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）. The FMD level of brachial artery in group A and group B was significantly higher than that in contrast group, while the level of hs-CRP and Ang II was lower than that in contrast group, and the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）; The total effective rate of group A and group B was significantly higher than that of the control group, and group A was higher than group B, the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）. Conclusion Perindopril can effectively treat patients with coronary heart disease. Compared with small dose, perindopril is better in treating patients with coronary heart disease and can be widely used in clinical practice.
