双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻的效果观察

Effect observation of live combined bifidobacterium and lactobacillus tablets combined with montmorillonite powder in treatment of infantile diarrhea

目的探讨应用双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻的临床治疗效果。方法选择2016年7月~2017年7月我院收治的134例腹泻患儿作为研究对象,将其按随机数字表法分为实验组和参照组,每组各67例患儿。参照组患儿给予补液、纠正水电解质紊乱等常规治疗,并给予蒙脱石散口服;而实验组患儿则在参照组常规治疗的基础上给予双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片联合蒙脱石散进行治疗。比较两组患儿的临床疗效以及不良反应,并观察患儿体温、大便频率以及性状等恢复正常的时间。结果实验组患儿的治疗有效率为92.54%,显著高于参照组总有效率为79.10%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患儿体温、大便频率以及性状等恢复正常的时间均明显短于参照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组均无明显不良反应发生(P>0.05)。结论应用双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻的疗效显著,能够有效调节肠道内菌群的平衡,明显改善患儿的腹泻症状,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of live combined bifidobacterium and lactobacillus tablets combined with montmorillonite powder in the treatment of infantile diarrhea. Methods One hundred and thirty-four cases of diarrhoea in our hospital from July 2016 to July 2017 were selected as the research subjects and divided into the experimental group and the reference group according to the random number table method,with 67 children in each group.Patients in the reference group were given routine treatment such as fluid replacement,correction of water electrolyte disturbance,and montmorillonite powder was taken orally.The experimental group was treated with live combined bifidobacterium and lactobacillus tablets combined with montmorillonite powder on the basis of the conventional treatment in the reference group.The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared,and the recovery time of body temperature,stool frequency and character were observed. Results The effective rate of the experimental group was 92.54%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group（79.10%）,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P 0.05）.The recovery time of body temperature,stool frequency and character in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant（P 0.05）.There was no obvious adverse reaction in the two groups（P 0.05）. Conclusion The effect of live combined bifidobacterium and lactobacillus tablets combined with montmorillonite powder on infantile diarrhea is significant,it can effectively regulate the balance of intestinal flora,and obviously improve the symptoms of diarrhoea in children.It is worthy of clinical application.
