延续性护理方式对脊髓损伤患者康复效果及生存质量的影响

Effect of continuous nursing on rehabilitation and quality of life in patients with spinal cord injury

目的探讨延续性护理方式对脊髓损伤患者康复效果及生存质量的影响。方法选取在本院接受治疗后出院的64例脊髓损伤患者,随机分组,每组32例,两组患者均积极行原发病治疗及常规护理,干预组出院后实施延续性护理,对照组出院后进行定期门诊复查,观察比较两组患者的康复效果及生存质量。结果出院2周、1、3、6月时干预组患者的康复情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05);干预组患者的六项生活质量指标评估结果均明显高于对照组;干预组出院6个月后并发症率、再次入院率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于脊髓损伤患者出院后给予实施延续护理干预,可提升患者遵医行为,降低出院的并发症率、再次入院率,对提高患者康复效果具有重要意义。

Objective To explore the effect of continuous nursing on rehabilitation and quality of life in patients with spinal cord injury. Methods Sixty-four patients with spinal cord injury who were discharged after receiving treatment in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,32 patients in each group.The two groups of patients were actively treated with primary disease and conventional nursing.The intervention group received continuous nursing after discharge.The control group underwent regular outpatient review after discharge.The rehabilitation effect and quality of life of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The recovery of patients in the intervention group was significantly better than that in the control group at 2 weeks,1,3 and 6 months after discharge（P 0.05）.The six indicators of quality of life in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group.After 6 months of discharge,the complication rate and readmission rate in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group（P 0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of continuous nursing intervention for patients with spinal cord injury can improve the patient＇s compliance,reduce the rate of complications and readmission rate,which is of great significance to improve the rehabilitation effect of the patients.
