康复护理干预和常规护理在乳腺增生症患者中的护理效果对比观察

Comparative observation on nursing effect of rehabilitation nursing intervention and routine nursing in patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands

目的对比康复护理、常规护理对HMG患者的干预效果。方法将本院乳腺外科2015年9月~2017年10月收治的98例HMG患者分为C、T组,随机分组方案经伦理委员会通过,C组46例,T组52例,两组的护理方法分别为常规护理、康复护理。对比C组与T组的护理效果、情绪状态变化。结果 T组有效率为80.77%,C组有效率为63.04%;护理前T组与C组HMG负性情绪评分无明显差异(P>0.05),护理后C组HMG患者的负性情绪评分显著高于T组;护理后T组抑郁程度评分为(20.53±5.28)分,C组为(31.07±4.22)分;护理后T组焦虑程度评分为(24.71±3.18)分,C组为(33.90±3.74)分。T组满意41例,基本满意9例,不满意2例,满意率为96.15%;C组满意30例,基本满意6例,不满意8例,满意率为82.61%;T组满意率显著高于C组(P<0.05)。结论康复护理能改善HMG治疗干预效果,同时可减少HMG患者的负面情绪,加快HMG康复进程。

Objective To compare the effect of rehabilitation nursing and routine nursing on HMG patients. Methods Ninety-eight cases of HMG admitted to our breast surgery department from September 2015 to October 2017 were divided into group C and group T. The random grouping scheme was passed by the ethics committee. There were 46 cases in group C and 52 in group T. The nursing methods of the two groups were routine nursing and rehabilitation nursing respectively. The nursing effect and emotional state of group C and group T were compared. Results The effective rate of group T was 80.77%, and the effective rate of group C was 63.04%. There was no significant difference between T and C group before nursing（P 0.05）. The negative emotion score of HMG patients in group C was significantly higher than that of group T after nursing. After nursing, the scores of depression in group T were（20.53± 5.28） and（31.07 ±4.22） in group C, and the scores of anxiety in group T were（24.71±3.18） and（33.90 ±3.74） in group C. In group T, 41 cases were satisfied, 9 were basically satisfied, 2 were not satisfied, and the satisfaction rate was 96.15%. In group C, 30 cases were satisfied, 6 were basically satisfied, 8 were not satisfied, the satisfaction rate was 82.61%, and the satisfaction rate in group T was significantly higher than that in group C（P 0.05）. Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing can improve the effect of HMG intervention, and reduce the negative emotions of HMG patients and accelerate the rehabilitation process of HMG.
