综合护理干预在腹腔镜胆囊切除并胆总管切开取石术中的应用效果观察

Observation on the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in laparoscopic cholecystectomy and Choledocholithotomy

目的研究综合护理干预在腹腔镜胆囊切除并胆总管切开取石术中的应用价值。方法选择我院2013年1月~2016年12月纳入的100例腹腔镜胆囊切除并胆总管切开取石术患者,按照随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组各50例,研究组采取综合护理,对照组采取常规护理,比较两组护理效果。结果经过观察两组护理效果看出,两组人际关系、强迫以及抑郁评分差异无统计学意义(t=-0.905,-1.104,0.160,P>0.05),但研究组躯体化、焦虑以及敌对评分较对照组降低(t=-3.313,-3.068,-2.716,P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率6.00%,明显较对照组18.00%低(χ~2=6.818,P<0.05);且满意度96.00%较对照组84.00%提高,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=8.000,P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜胆囊切除并胆总管切开取石术患者采取综合护理效果更好,安全性较高,明显改善焦虑心态,维持良好医患关系。

Objective To study the value of comprehensive nursing intervention in laparoscopic cholecystectomy and choledocholithotomy. Methods One hundred patients who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy and choledocholithotomy in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2016 were selected.According to the random number method,the study group and the control group were divided into 50 cases.The study group was treated with comprehensive nursing,while the control group was treated with routine nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The observation of two groups of nursing results showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups of interpersonal relationships,compulsion and depression scores（t=-0.905,-1.104,0.160,P 0.05）,but the somatization,anxiety and hostility scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group（t=-3.313,-3.068,-2.716,P 0.05）.The incidence of complications in the study group was 6.00%,significantly lower than that in the control group（18.00%）（χ-2=6.818,P 0.05）.The satisfaction rate was 96.00% higher than that in the control group（84.00%）（χ-2=8.000,P 0.05）. Conclusion Laparoscopic cholecystectomy and choledocholithotomy patients take comprehensive nursing effect is better,the safety is higher,significantly improve anxiety state of mind,maintain a good doctor-patient relationship.
