持续护理质量改进在内分泌管理中的应用效果探讨

The application effect of continuous nursing quality improvement in endocrine management

目的探讨分析在内分泌科护理中实施持续护理质量改进的应用价值。方法选取2016年1月~2017年7月在我院内分泌科进行住院治疗的110例糖尿病患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和实验组,每组各55例,对照组患者采用常规护理方案进行护理,实验组则在常规护理基础上给予持续的护理质量改进,分别对实验组和对照组患者对护理服务的满意度情况进行对比分析。结果通过观察比较两组患者对护理的满意度情况,实验组患者对护理的满意度达到98.2%,而对照组护理满意度仅为81.8%,两组之间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组护理操作方案正确率为72.7%,显著低于实验组的92.7%,两组差异具有统计学意义。结论在内分泌科管理中对住院患者采用持续护理质量改进手段进行更加人性化的护理,使患者对护理的满意度得到了显著提高,具有在临床上广泛应用的价值。

Objective To explore and analyze the value of continuous nursing quality improvement in the endocrinology management. Methods From January 2016 to July 2017,110 diabetic patients who were hospitalized in the Endocrinology Department of our hospital were selected as study objects.According to the random digital method,they were divided into control group and experimental group,55 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing program,while the patients in the experimental group were given continuous nursing quality improvement on the basis of routine nursing.The satisfaction degree of the patients in the experimental group and the control group were compared and analyzed. Results By observing and comparing the patients＇ satisfaction with nursing in the two groups,the satisfaction degree of the patients in the experimental group was 98.22%.The satisfaction degree of nursing in the control group was only 81.8%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P 0.05）.The correct rate of nursing operation in the control group was 72.7%,which was significantly lower than that in the experimental group（92.7%）,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant. Conclusion In the department of endocrinology management, more intimate nursing care is given to the inpatients by means of continuous nursing quality improvement so that patients＇ satisfaction with nursing care has been significantly improved,which has the value of being widely used in clinical.
