创伤骨科中应用外固定支架进行修复治疗的临床效果分析

Clinical effect of external fixator for repair in trauma department of orthopedics

目的探讨外固定支架进行修复治疗在创伤骨科中的临床效果。方法纳入我院2015年3月~2017年4月收治的创伤骨折患者90例,行切开复位内固定进行治疗的患者分为对照组(n=45),行外固定支架进行修复治疗的患者分为观察组(n=45),对比两组患者经不同治疗方式的临床效果。结果观察组术中基本情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后乳酸持续时间、体温恢复时间、凝血功能恢复时间及骨折愈合时间均显著少于对照组(P<0.05);且观察组术后并发症发生率(13.33%)显著低于对照组(26.67%)(P<0.05)。结论针对创伤骨科患者,在骨科修复的过程中采用外固定支架进行创伤控制具有良好的效果,不仅有助于促进骨头愈合,提升生活质量,同时还能够降低术后并发症的发生率,减轻患者的痛苦,具有较高的推广价值。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of external fixator in the treatment of trauma department of orthopedics. Methods Ninety patients with traumatic fracture in our hospital from March 2015 to April 2017 were selected. The control group was treated with open reduction and internal fixation（n=45）, and the observation group was treated with external fixator（n=45）. The clinical effects of different treatments were compared between the two groups. Results The basic conditions of the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group（P 0.05）. The duration of lactic acid duration, the time of body temperature recovery, the recovery time of blood coagulation and the healing time of the fracture were significantly less than those in the control group（P0.05）, and the incidence of postoperative complications（13.33%） in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group（26.67%）（P 0.05）. Conclusion For the patients in the trauma department of orthopedics, using external fixator to control the trauma in the process of repairing the Department of orthopedics has a good effect. It not only helps to promote the healing of the bones, but also improves the quality of life. It can also reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and alleviate the pain of the patients, and has a high promotion value.
