“美丽中国”背景下我国绿色金融发展与产业结构优化

在我国经济发展进入新时代和大力倡导供给侧结构性改革的时代背景下,研究绿色金融发展与优化产业结构对加快生态文明体制改革和建设"美丽中国"具有重要的现实意义。本文在分析了我国绿色金融发展现状、绿色金融促进我国产业结构调整机理与体系构建的基础上,通过建立灰色关联模型对我国2008-2016年绿色金融与产业结构关联度进行了实证分析。最后,为进一步推动我国绿色金融促进产业结构优化升级,提出促进绿色金融助力传统产业的绿色转型升级、完善绿色金融与绿色产业政策的对接、搭建绿色科技创新资源平台和构建各具特色的区域绿色金融发展模式的建议。

With the entry of China＇s economic development into a new era and the vigorous advocation of supply-side structural reform, it is of great practical significance to study the development of green finance and optimize the industrial structure to accelerate the reform of the ecological civilization system and build a ＂beautiful China＂. Based on the analyses of the current situation of green finance in China and the mechanism of China＇s industrial structure adjustment and the construction of green industry system promoted by green finance, this paper establishes the grey relational model to make an empirical analysis on the relationship between green finance and industrial structure in China from 2008 to 2016. Finally, in order to further boost China^s green finance to promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure, suggestions are put forward to promote the green transformation and upgrading of traditional industries, improve the integration of green finance and green industry policies, set up green technology innovation resource platforms, and build regional green finance development mode with its own characteristics.
